FAQ
1) What is a spree?

A spree is an activity whereby spree-ers (customers) place their orders via a spree organiser, who will place the collective order in a bid to bring down shipping costs or pass certain restrictions by suppliers (e.g: certain suppliers require a min. no of items before accepting orders). The true definition of spree is actually indulgence~! At Xspreence, that is what we hope to achieve, a shopping indulgence for every spree-er. :)

2) When will a spree start?

We will start a spree when there is enough demand for it. Feel free to request for a spree by dropping us a comment in our cbox or emailing us. We will review and proceed to start the spree if it is achievable. ^^

3) How much will shipping cost?

That will depends on the weight of the items you've ordered. On average, the shipping cost for a normal top will cost around SGD 1 to 2. Normally, shipping costs will not exceed SGD 2 unless the items ordered are bulky items like shoes or bags.
 4) How long do I have to wait to receive confirmation from Xspreence?

Usually we will reply within an hour. All emails are guaranteed to be replied within 12 hours~ ^.^

5) How long do I have to wait for my items to arrive after placing order?

That will depend on how fast the spree box gets filled up and the processing speed of the respective suppliers. Therefore, the waiting time is specific to each supplier and spree box. Average waiting time will be 1-2 months. We will ensure prompt correspondance with each spree-er and supplier to prevent any delays in the process. ^.^

6) What does it mean to re-stock?

Re-stocking is a process whereby the supplier does not have the requested items on hand and is awaiting delivery from the manufacturing plant. The waiting time to re-stock depends on individual item.

7) Can I order re-stocking item or out of stock item?

Feel free to order re-stocking item. However, do bear in mind that re-stocking items will require a longer time to arrive compared to in-stock item. For certain suppliers, they will not accept orders for re-stocking items (we will indicate this in the respective spree box if so). Please do not place any orders for out of stock items.

8) If the item does not suit me, can I request for a refund/exchange?

All items have gone through quality checks before the suppliers sent them to us. Therefore, we regret to say that no refund or exchange will be accepted. : (

9) Where can I collect my items if I choose self-collection?


Our team travels from the east to the west of Singapore. Feel free to suggest any mrt stations along the east west line with us and we will arrange the venue with you accordingly. :)
